Every dictatorship, regime, tyranny is based on the life-long hiring of some (or on mercenaries proper) in the public apparatuses, so as to lord at will over the ousted population. Democracy, on the other hand, is based (and it cannot be otherwise) on the participation of citizens for a pre-determined period: so that when it expires, they return ordinary people and equal partners. You too ask for the Bank of Public Jobs and everything will be settled soon. What is the use of denouncing, complaining, despairing, when we can solve every problem once and for all by dismissing every hired for life, every bureaucrat careerist, in our jobs/powers? Not for a coincidence named public!
From the uncritical and faithful careerist in a medieval style, we pass to the attentive and thoughtful citizen in the modern style. Nothing more will be needed to live happily. Because doesn't count so much who governs but above all who is around who governs! Democracy does not lies in the vote but in the rigorous temporariness of every public assignment and employment. Let us therefore free our holy Republics, our beloved Countries, our very lives, from those who had the shamelessness to imprison them. Every other Country in the world will follow our shining example! And never again will there be dictatorships, regimes, tyrannies. Never again will there be victims made by them.
